Paleo Diet

Hey guys!

Have you ever heard about Paleo Diet? If not, I will present it to you shortly and to summarise our post I will share some easy recipes of healthy food :)

The Paleo Diet is a diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetable, and fruit, and excluding dairy or grain products and processed food. It is the healthiest way you can eat because it's the only nutritional way that works with your genetics.

Things that are ok to eat:    Things you should avoid: 
  • Fruits                               Dairy
  • Vegetables                     Grains
  • Lean meats                    Processed food & sugars
  • Sea food                         Legumes
  • Nuts & seeds                 Starches
  • Healthy fats                   Alcohol
