Hello YOU,

It seems like everyone theese days are talking about exercising. It started to become more like a "popular" thing than a "do for yourself" thing. So this post is mainly dedicated for all of YOU, who want to do sports for themselves and not for the fashion.

It is always hard to start. I know. We all do. But once you start, and begin to notice the first changes in your body, you realise that it was worth to push yourself. And you should never stop pushing. And most of all, you should never forget why you have started in the first place. 

Here are given 80 reasons to exercise. Pick the ones that are closest to YOU, write out them and always have near by. And when you notice that there is a lack of motivation, overlook those reasons and I promise, you will feel inspired all over again.
