It is Friday and one more wonderful workweek is going to
end. We believe that you worked really hard and now you deserve relaxation. One
of the best way for us to treat our selves is to make a little SPA at home.
Today we advise you
to make SCRUBS!
4 homemade scrubs are easy to make and will help you to
relax, start enjoy your weekend.
For each of these scrubs, you can prepare them directly
in the jar, or you can mix the ingredients separately in a bowl and then pack
them in jars. If mixing in the jars, adjust the amounts to fit the size of
your container. You will want to fill the jar about 3/4 of the way with the
scrub element (salt, coffee, etc) and then add your oil until it covers the
scrub.
As for the oils, go with whatever light oil suits you, like almond,
olive, safflower, just pick your favourite one.

Have You ever heard any of your friends complaining - "I just don't have enough time...", "Why a day can't have 48 hours?" or "I can't do everything, I just can't.. it's so hard". Maybe You was the one, who complained? Now, it's about to change. Here are some time management tips You can use to help you get productive and stay balanced in life. Use whichever tips resonate with You. There should be something here You can put into action right away. You might also find it useful to comeback to these tips at a later date and see what else You can do to boost your time management skills. It may be time consuming to read this post, but believe me - it is totally worth it.
1. Think positively
We often talk about not having enough time. Rather than focusing on that, and complaining to yourself or others about not enough time, think about what you do have enough time for. Start talking and thinking about that instead.
2. Stay focused
Half an hour wasted on procrastination or distractions is costly.
3. Value your time
Value your time and other people will do the same.
4. Use a calendar or an organizer
Look ahead and set the tasks that must be done. Be sure to have enough time to complete all the tasks. Calendars and/or organizers will help you to have everything in one place and follow your daily/weekly/montly plan.
5. Ignore email and phone calls
When things get really pressured and you are tight for time, ignore email and phone calls completely. Get habit of switching off email whenever you can, even if this only for 15 minutes or 30 minutes at a time.
6. Prioritize
Use your time for the things that are worth it.
7. Do not procrastinate
If you are procrastinating, rather than getting frustrates or annoyed, simply ask yourself why are you procrastinating. Are you scared of the task ahead? Is ti too difficult, too easy, too boring or too time consuming? Are you tired? We can waste a lot of energy and time on the things we are putting off.
8. Sleep!
Try to sleep 7-8 hours every day.
9. Take a break from social media
If you are using social media for business, schedule some of your updates. You don't have to be there all the time. And an your free time, take a break from social media, an you will be surprised, how much free time you'll have.
10. Audit time
Do a time audit for one week and look at exactly where your time is going. Notice where you spend your time on a regular week day. Notice how you use time at a weekend. Taking results from time audit, think about where you might want to redistribute a little of your time. What drains your time? What drains your energy?
11. Be productive
You can actually get a lot done in half an hour. Do not just float because you've only got half an hour until your next task. And also limit the things that drain your time and energy, then you'll get more done in a focused, energized way.
12. Have time to relax
We all need down time.
13. Take breaks
Take mini breaks when you need them during the day to recharge and refocus. Take lengthy breaks away from work, university at the weekend, in the evening, on holiday to help you stay productive long term.
14. Eliminate time wasters
Identify anything causing a regular, repeated drag or drain on your time. These might include technology, systems, workflow or people. One by one, take these things and fix them, address them, or change them to free up more time.
15. Learn to say NO
Sometimes it is a better idea to say no for unimportant things than try to do everything. Remember, you can do anything, just not everything.
And in the end, a short video. Enjoy!

Couple months ago, while I was surfing the net, discovered something that really interested me. "Kilo lt" cocktails. The slogan of the cocktails said : "Controlling your weight has never been so delicious and easy. It's just a few moments - and your dinner is ready". It has been almost half year when I am really into sports and weight controlling so when a form for special offer popped up - I filled it with any doubts. I got a call and have chosen the taste for the cocktail (there are three different tastes: strawberry, chocolate and banana (I have chosen strawberry)). And today is the day, I finally got it!
Why it should help to embellish the body lines? One cocktail portion is balanced to obtain a perfect dinner nutrients with less calories.In this way, the resulting caloric deficit guarantee noticeable results, and your body will be supplied with all the necessary vitamins and minerals.
One glass of cocktail: 10g Protein: - the life od ypur skin, hair, nails and muscles; - they help to protect muscle tissue and provide the body with aminoacids. 3,7g Dietary Fiber: - helps to ensure a sense of fullness; - stimulates the growth of beneficial miklofloros.
You also can choose to follow one of two different plans: "Dinner" and "Breakfast and Dinner" for more dramatic changes. Because I do not have owerweight, just want to reduce several kilos, I have chosen the dinner plan.
Plan "Dinner":
Breakfast - anything you want but it should be around 400 calories;
Lunch - same story but you can eat more calories (500);
Two snacks - around 100 calories each;
Dinner - Kilo lt cocktail.
THE CHALLENGE:
Drink Kilo lt cocktail and follow the plan "Dinner" for 20 days.
EXPECTATIONS:
To loose some weight;
Reduce bloating;
Feel full and happy during the challenge.
All the additional information and details about the process, and my experiences will be given in supplements of this post. So keep in track!

It's almost the end of October, midterms are here, exams are coming, everyone deserves to relax a bit, it's good for You and it helps to study better and of course if you are relaxed you feel better. Here are 5 simple techniques how to relax and get rid of all the stress :)
1. Meditate
A few minutes of practice can help ease anxiety. Daily meditation may alter the brain's neural pathways, making you more calm and resilient to stress. Meditation is simple! Sit up straight with both feet on the floor . Close your eyes. Focus your attention on breathing or think about something positive such as "I love myself" or "I feel calm". Let all your thoughts float like clouds, get rid of all negativity, you don't need that in your life.
2. Breathe Deeply
Take a 5-minute break and focus on your breathing. Sit up straight, eyes closed, with hand on your belly. Slowly inhale through your nose, feeling the breath. Deep breathing counters the effects of stress by slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure.
3. Laugh Out Loud
A good laugh doesn't just lighten the load mentally. It lowers cortisol, your body's stress hormone, and boosts brain chemicals called endorphins, which help your mood. Tune in your favourite sitcom or reading the comics, do something that usually make you smile :).
4. Get Moving
All forms of exercise will do good for you, including yoga and walking or even cleaning your room :). Excercising can ease depression and anxiety by helping the brain release feel-good chemicals and by giving your body a chance to practisce dealing with stress.
5. Be Grateful
Be grateful and remember all the things that are good in life, think of something that you appreciate most. Being grateful cancels out negative thoughts and worries. So be thankful for what you have in life and try think that all the stressful things in life are here just to challenge you and to make you realise what is important and has to be appreciated.
